Work principle of the Galvanized Rotary Drum Screen
The roller sieve system components are round drum, framework, funnel, reducer and motor. On the one hand with the rotating drum, the materials were screened after the broken materials put into the drum, by the centrifugal force of the rotating drum to separate materials. On the other hand, large granule materials for ward flow along the slope of roller, they have been gradually weeded out when it through different meshes of screen. Different sizes of material falling into respectively funnels after screening, they moved out by artificial or move down to end product heap.

1.Sieve mesh is not easy to jam.
2.Smooth operation, low noise.

Widely used in sand stone ore industry,quarry fields, metallurgy industry ,mining making processing ,large water conservancy,chemical engineering and other fields.

2. Separating sand and stone among quarry .
3. Separating coal bucket and powder,washing coal
4. Chemical industry---separating and classifing large and small bucket materials
Rotary screen is mainly used to separate large impurities mixed in the powder material such as stones and iron dust,etc. in case of damaging dies and rollers inside the pellet mill during the pelletizing process.
