Product Description
With the rapid development of biomass energy, biomass pellet has become increasingly popular. Our SKJ series flat die straw pellet machine can also convert waste biomass materials into pellets. And the final wood pellets can be burned as green fuel in a pellet stove or boiler.
The Pellet Machine is suitable for wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material
Size:2-4mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going
to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet.
Product Characteristics
1. Flat die Wood pelletizer mill adopts pressing roller and the linear velocity of its ends is the same with the die one, therefore it’s not appearing dislocation and friction, decreasing the resistance, reducing the kinetic energy loss, extending the life of the mold and reducing the production costs.
2.Pinch roller sets smoothly and increase the pressing of the district, increasing the production efficiency.
3.It adopts central screw rod to adjust the pressure, and the distance of mould can be long and short to ensure the effect of pressing, so can suit for different materials.
